For only 1 MILLION DOLLARS(!!!) my favorite real estate blogger notes that homebuyers can find themselves within walking distance from TKC and fighting with so many yuppies and working class denizens over parking spots. Also, potential homebuyers should know that that last year there was a guy laying in the middle of the street with his arm turned (completely) the other way around because he mistook this neighborhood for a place where people can walk outside in the middle of the night barefoot.
Finally, most of the houses in this hood going for high six figures remain unsold. I just wanted to provide a bit more detail as part of my welcome gift to new neighbors. I would also appreciate a welcome gift as part of my housewarming party invitation . . . And make sure the cheese being served is good.
This is a bad ass house , but ride down the street to summit and you'll see those same 3 , or 4 cats sittin, drinkin beer outside, and doin bumps till 3 in the morning every night......never get a mil for that.

ReplyDeleteIt can be very dangerous walking around that area. There are guys in the area that are armed and selling drugs. It's not as safe as it first appears. If you move into that house, you'll just be a target. I have seen people build those fancy houses in the area but later realize they can't live in it and those houses just stay on the market.
