Here's the deal: Anti-Latino/Anti-immigrant supporters who want to support fascism in the Untied States for Latinos have already lost according to their own numbers.
Scared white people claim there are 20 million (mostly Mexican) immigrants in this nation and all of them have children, cousins and relatives who are CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES!!!
This fact is always lost on reactionary d-bags who want to start deporting brown people post haste.
Furthermore, talk of "liberty" and "freedom" from The Tea Party is now nothing more than simplistic hypocrisy given that so many among this group support racial profiling to enforce a broken immigration system.
ONLY BIG GOVERNMENT CAN BUILD AND MAINTAIN A BIG FENCE!!!
Remember that the rally yesterday was only organized via an e-mail blast in a few hours whereas the tea party d-bags need weeks worth of radio promotion for their gatherings.
But even for the folks who stay home . . . The fact is that, in the future, the Latino vote is far more significant than a fringe group and a couple of cable news opportunists. In the next election, just like in this one, Latinos will determine who wins The White House . . . And that's just the start of it.
Strangely, it seems that so much Tea Party hate might have inadvertently awoken a "sleeping giant" and maybe a new age of Latino activism with the potential to affect far greater change than a few angry, old white people.

ReplyDeleteSCARED WHITE PEOPLE !!!!
ReplyDeleteTony you forgot the most important thing about your "brown" people...we need them to roof our homes, mow our grass and do our dishes!!! Come in the country like my relatives... legally!!!!!!!! That is all that need to happen.
ReplyDeleteWe can't deport them all but it would be fun to try!
ReplyDeleteThe difference between the immigrants who have come in at Ellis Island and other import places, they came in through the front door, at a time when we had more land than people and could use the population.
ReplyDeleteThe 'give me your tired and poor..."
Now our country does not need the population to flush out. And while we still have people taking their turn and coming in the front door, these are jumping the fence like baseball fans skipping the ticket counter, jumping the fence, and taking the seats of those who bought them. And by the thousands they take over the stands, and sneer, you can't kick us ALL out.
Shameful. Mexican pride needs to go back to Mexico.
Now if they want to remain Mexican citizens and WORK in the US, fine, and perhaps the US government will finally do the right thing and make it happen. And give them ID's keep tabls, force them to pay income tax and health care and schools if they settle here. And tell them their permits will be revoked after 7 years if they fail to pass the immigration test and an English test.
It's in everyone's best interest to civilize them (make them meld into the American civilization) rather than be slave labor to predatory businessmen and farms, and foreigners sneaking around while mooching off of taxpayers for health care, schools and other infrastructure.
And yup, build the fence and staff it with US soldiers who should be HERE rather than in Germany.
I remember in 1980 when the Viet boat people came here from the Phillipines, they were front door tired and poor, huddled masses. They came in the front door and busted ass to learn English and fit in.
Admittedly many were brighter Viets who escaped because they'd have been killed.
Whereas many Mexicans come in here not even educated enough to read Spanish. Even so, they need to pull their weight, register so they can get a fair wage, and join the society they're sneaking into.
I'm not suggesting "they all be deported". I'm suggesting that if they live HERE, they have to play by the same rules the rest of us do. Won't happen in a day, but in ten years, they should all be English speaking citizens.
It's what the US government is supposed to be doing!
So does this mean Latino's are going to push and shove their way in as a powerful force?
ReplyDeleteNote to Obama: Time to assemble a strike force... we're being attacked.
I am a white person, and I am not against legal immigration. I am in favor of it. I think immigrants enrich this country. I am against illegal immigration.
ReplyDeleteI think the current laws should be enforced. Employers of illegal immigrants should be targeted. And yes illegal immigrants should be deported. No, you probably can't depart them all, but you also can't arrest all of the burglars or any other kind of criminal. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try.
I'm not sure we need any more laws. Just enforce the ones we have, build the fence and maybe station more border patrol officers and/or the military on the border. Let's see what happens with that and then consider more laws.

VIVA LA RAZA!
ReplyDeleteDeport them all! Start with the dudes under the bridge and the head over to the mecca home depot. From there go to day labor places and you should get a bunch of them!
ReplyDeleteI'm just wondering why people in KC are protesting an ARIZONA law. It's not a federal law, it deals with Arizona only. I think we have enough laws HERE in MO that need to be protested against... but hey, let's fight for Arizona. That'll show em!
ReplyDeleteLatinos in America have outworked, out-smarted and out-organized Blacks, who are still at a 1960's power level and whose culture controlled by Democrats.
ReplyDeleteHard Work pays off and they did it with very little social engineering by white libs in Washington.
Latinos are now number two.

Wow! You mean we had a black President in the 1960's? Damn, I missed that part!
I read somewhere that all of our current problems can be traced back to the lax immigration policies of the Native (American) population.
ReplyDeleteTony - How about you start linking articles on all the crime related to illegal immigration? 70% of Arizonians favors the legislation. I knind of like to let communities decide for themselves what is good for them.
ReplyDeleteI am all for the rallies. It will make it easier for INS to round them up.
TKC always the same old talking points. I just wonder why UMKC School of Law continues employ the Saint of Hate Kris Kobach. He hates anything with brown skin.
ReplyDeleteThere were maybe 75 people out there, and only the loony news department at KSHB saw fit to cover it. SO LAME! Asking people to "honk" during the live shot - and NO ONE was honking.
ReplyDeleteIf that's your best, I think the tea partiers can rest easy.
Did you see the idiotic sign "No Juan Crow?" Ha! You've no doubt heard of the ugly history in our nation during the John Crow era...HA! Idiots.
yeah - and by the way. Let's ask the black community if they think border enforcement is on par with black folks sitting at the back of the bus and drinking at different fountains...I have a funny feeling they'll quarrel with the equasion.
ReplyDeleteWhen we determine that someone is a legal immigrant we can make them wear a little yellow star so they won't be harassed again.
ReplyDeletewhite dudes..ask the black community if they ever been pulled over for just being black on the wrong side of town..Leawood, JOCO..Mission Hills, Northland..
ReplyDeleteThat is what were talking about..morons
there are more lazy unemployed hispanics to loiter at a vigil than teabaggers? shocking. funny how quickly tony goes from ripping vigils to supporting them when they are consistent with his cause.
ReplyDeleteFor all you smart alacks who think you have it figured out, this is about jobs, China can't support two countries within one (Mexicans in US), and its in your face race baiting by this countries elite to start a race war so they "will have to step in" to keep the peace giving them control over everyone.
ReplyDeleteDid you take a look at Chicago recently?
It's about pitting one race/person against the other, WAKE UP. No matter what you do make it peaceful, if you must. Did you see what the police department has requested as NEW equipment, and for what, why do they need it? Tony let's see an article on that one please.
Mexico should take care of its own, why aren't the 13 families and drug cartels who control Mexico doing it, their own greed?
Why aren't they taking care of their own Mexican families so they don't have to break the law here?
Why are we the dumping ground for the elite people in Mexico who won't do the right thing for their own? Nice way of getting rid of there lower class, you think?
Drug cartels have money to burn, what's wrong with them sharing? Come on and you/they expect American families to do it?
Why don't these wonderful hard working smart people go home and take their homeland back? Give me a break. Why here?
Their so smart they've taken the little jobs and service jobs our people need? Is that right (?) brilliant, just down right brilliant, look who they've out smarted and how they live. Grow up.
If their so smart why don't they take back their own country Mexico and start voting there and leave the gringo's alone in their own golden ghetto provided by the lying pastor we've elected. Time the smart Mexican people moved into the Green Impact Zone, wise up smarty pants, wise up, you'll get something for nothing and then I'll consider you smarter than the average zorro.
Anyone ever read that post what if the "Tea Party" members were black.
ReplyDeleteHow would the community react to a rally of black people carrying AK-47's its a great read on white's claiming to be victims...
Anyone ever read the post....
ReplyDeleteIf it's as inane as your remark I'm glad I missed it.
Honestly, your a simple minded trouble maker who's taste is all in your mouth.
I wouldn't tease the teabaggers too much, Tony. Other than hating the black president, these closet racists haven't yet found a cause, other than some Rush 'sky is falling, liberals are out of control' hype.
ReplyDeleteIf they hear stuff like 'we Latinos are more powerful than the teabaggers, they may get a cause. They were very dangerous in the South when they put on their sheets.
You do not want to piss these nutcases off. Hispanics who belong here need to get on the right side of legal immigration policy.
If you fight it tooth and nail as racial profiling, I think you will get yourselves much more profiled.
The way to stop this is to legalize in some form, people who are here so they work, pay taxes, and are in the above ground economy. If you don't, then you will see racial profiling and indiscriminate judging about skin color and language.
So which are you, Mexican or American? You can't be both and I'm not sure the US wants to put another half dozen stars on the flag... We have enough poor, uneducated people who don't work as it is.
Even the cartels wouldn't be in favor of that, because I don't think they can buy off our officials. Not that our officials can't be bought.
im white....IM SO SCARED!!!
ReplyDeleteRadioman is stupid. Your Response is like saying Kris Kobach should be afraid of Mexican Drug Cartels. I find your response to be very moronic Radioman.
ReplyDeleteYou misunderstood what I said. I was saying that if Mexico was ours, the drug cartel heads would be prosecuted under Rico statutes and imprisoned. Like the NY mob families were.
ReplyDeleteOr taken out like David Koresch was. In America, we only allow white collar crime, the kind Kobach and the rest of the paid-for Republicans will look the other way for.
The drug cartels would be more successful here if they got into banking or FDA approved (and federally protected) pharmaceuticals.

ReplyDeleteAny plan to restore the integrity of our system must:
ReplyDelete1) Protect our national security and the rule of law while preserving and restoring fundamental principles of due process and equal protection.
2) Require the undocumented population to come out of the shadows and earn legal status.
3) Provide fair and lawful ways for American businesses to hire much-needed immigrant workers who help grow our economy while protecting U.S. workers from unfair competition.
4) Reduce the unreasonable and counterproductive backlogs in family-based and employment-based immigration by reforming the permanent immigration system.
So, Tony, please explain what you would do if you were king. Is everyone in the world entitled to move to the U.S. with no barriers? Do you favor elimination of national borders completely? Can Mexicans just take over Guatemala? Most of my family is originally from now what is the United Kingdom. Can I just go back and claim citizenship with no legal formalities? Explain the world as you would have it.

ReplyDelete@12:03 - Yeah, but white folks couldn't pronounce Jaime Crow correctly...
ReplyDeleteAnd all the AZ cops have to do to keep this constitutional is harass a few whites with Irish or English accents, a few blacks with West African accents and a few olive skinned folks speaking with Italian accents, and throw in a few speaking anything that sounds Arabic. They should hassle Radioman on GP should he ever grace that state with his bombastic presence. (And apologies to RM for giving him grief about being a FAIL for not being able to figure out double posting- seems to be an epidemic in this thread- and he's not one of them.)
Yeah, sobriety checkpoints are discrimatory also. Just because I drive a car doesn't mean I'm drunk. Are the police profiling?
ReplyDeleteAnon 3:53pm to answer your question yes you can go back and claim citizenship in the UK. As can most 2nd or 3rd gen U.S. Citizens from other countries as long as they have the birth records of the parent or grandparent born in that country. And yes there are formalities. The same formalities that 95% of the undocumented workers in this country did to get their visa and come to the US. The only reason why most are undocumented is because they were rejected more than once as standard policy costing them thousands of dollars and forcing them to hide in shadows or be separated from their families.
ReplyDeleteKnow the topic you discuss before discussing it. I've seen the application process and immigration process first hand everyday for over 10 years. So don't give me the it's all the Mexicans fault crap.
The Mexican govt has serious problems but that's nothing new and in reality while it has its part to do with illegal immigration it is in no way shape or form the reason why the majority of undocumented workers are here well as undocumented workers. Thanks though for your comments.
the teabaggers (snicker) are irrelevant. this so called protesters are also irrelevant. they don't prove jack shit as usual tony makes wild statements based on nothing more substantial than a bowl of steam soup.
ReplyDeleteoye! mexikans ARE the new niggers!
ReplyDeleteI've heard Tony on the radio. Just based on his complete lack of Mexican accent, I don't think he's very Mexican at all. Any more than I'm eastern European. he's got a hispanic surname but he's as Mexican as Gloria is Italian! Which aint much.
ReplyDeleteI think his whole thing is a scam. He has no connection with poor Mexicans sneaking over the border and I don't know why he's scamming everyone about it!
At least Joe Arse has an accient though he could have gotten rid of it a decade ago if he'd wanted to. But he didn't. He finds and identity in his Mexican roots for some reason. Maybe his grandchildren will be Americans if he isn't. Like my generation. We are fully American and don't relate at all to Europe, no matter the genealogy.
And Tony shows again what too much drug abuse will do to your social judgements.
ReplyDeleteEzekial, your points sound fine... but how do we do it? How do you "require" immigrants to come out of the woodwork?
ReplyDeleteIf you live on the hillside, westside, rosedale, or argentine then you have no choice but to be connected with mexicans from across the border. Hell iv'e seen em hoping off the trains behind Crown liquor.
