At 8:30 in the PM I'll be talking to Darla Jaye on 980 Live about the week in Kansas City politics.
There's a lot of interesting things to discuss but I think we might be fighting about how Kansas City deals with diversity issues that have marked local politics as of late.

ReplyDeleteFinally, I listened. that was pretty boring. You're just filling time, I'd suggest. But Tony is way better than Darla's producer who sounds stoned and not very bright.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Tony should be on for an hour if he would. or couple times a week. I expect he gets out locally way more than Darla does. In fact, he should sub for her when she's out sick, just to see if he can do this. Tony could do this if he'd blog less and read more. He's certainly pleasing to the ear and not so abrasive as she is.
He'd probably work cheap too, tho if Entercom makes a change, it will be to automate the time slot via satellite.
Darla talks way too much about national issues and she is clueless about them. Tony doing a live and local with her more often would probably be pretty listenable.
