Wow, a teen hangout in Bannister mall area? If you think that's a good idea, I have some swamp land I would like to sell you.
ReplyDeletehow many kids would get shot the first weekend? how many more would get pregnant? kids like this cannot be allowed to run amok, they are simply not intelligent enough to stay out of trouble. neither was i at that age...

ReplyDeleteYeah but this one might be more entertaining. Fence it high and hard, let the little animals in and lock the gates. Put cameras everywhere and put it on local access. Entertainment, edutainment, and the exercise should clear some of the chaff.
Bannister Mall's demise was, at least in part, due to the type of misbehavior seen recently at the Plaza. Now there could be a teen center amid its ruins. Why irony.
