NBC Action News: The Kansas City, Missouri School District is expanding its employee buyout plan . . . And still, nobody has explained how fewer resources and personnel will benefit students in the classroom. Sadly, folks in this town are too anxious to support a hatchet job in Kansas City classrooms because of political expediency and not any concern for the last remaining students in this local, public education failure.
