WDAF featured the KCPD cracking down on teens getting high on 4/20 . . . And while I'm now safe from suburban stoners, I never really felt that threatened by them in the first place.

They crack down on stoners, non seat belt wearers, red light runners and speeders but if the cops see a stolen auto they look the other way. House broken into, phone in a report. Typical KC mentality.

I haven't done dope for years, but here's a case where cops should just look the other way, like they often do by pouring found beer on the grass.
ReplyDeleteCops need to quit hassling kids and overgrown kids over dope. We need politicians to have the balls to decriminalize because it will reduce a lot of border crime.
These laws are past their prime, and this is why state legislators syould think TWICE or THREE times before being more law and order restrictive. It's way hard to get rid of a stupid restriction, much harder than passing one.
We Americans like freedom, we just don't need the heavy hand of government JUST BECAUSE.
If law and order is why you run for legislature, please stand down and don't inflict your anal retentive values on the rest of us!
