ReplyDeleteThere are other good candidates in the race for the 46th house district, which Darrell Curls has no shot of winning.
ReplyDeleteCheck out Geoff Gerling, a younger guy who has been everywhere around town for the last year campaigning.
Anybody would be better than someone who is going to throw a tantrum because he can't sit in the seat he wants to sit in. We need more grown-ups in Jeff City, and apparently he wouldn't be one.

ReplyDeleteWhat do you expect from the board members when they never get told the truth. Teacher's can't talk to them without getting in trouble. We have to send out everything anonymously or we get written up. If you don't put your name on it, they ignore it. What happens at school, stays at school. It's a motto. It's so wrong.
ReplyDeleteOnce teaching was a time honored profession. Last year, President Mims said that for every teacher that leaves, there are five waiting to take their place. I feel for the teachers in that district. The board doesn't care about the staff.
ReplyDeleteThey hire great teachers. Then treat them like their minimum wage earners. They're professionals. Get it. The School Board does NOTHING but listen to administration. Shame on them. John Sharp started there. Figures
