Actually, this post is incorrect . . . I'm actually hearing about a potential victory for Mayor Funky's Schools First initiative.
SINCE AIRICK L. WEST DOESN'T HAVE MUCH SUPPORT IN KANSAS CITY'S AFRICAN-AMERICAN LEADERSHIP ANYWAY . . . LOOK FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD PREZ (AND HIS SLATE) TO FLIRT WITH MAYOR FUNKY REGARDING THE SCHOOLS FIRST INITIATIVE!!!
It'll be their very first sellout if it happens but I'm pretty sure they're smart enough to stay at least an arm's length away from another unwise tax increase.
So, actually I guess this post is more of a warning.
Only Mayor Funky and his barefoot wife could ruin the new found sense of hope there is for The Kansas City, Missouri School District.
Schools First .... in line to get fucked by funk'd is dead in Jeff City.
ReplyDeleteIt's about time the city tries to help the schools in a way they can control. Better than BS lip service when they don't make the rules. Make it safe for them to walk to school. Make the area more appealing to people. Keep the drug dealers away and the kids in. What more can the city do?
