KCTV5 reports that The Arts Council of Metropolitan Kansas City shows the community what it would be like not to have the benefits of public art displays with their "Day Without Art" campaign . . . Tragically, emo, hipster, d-bags didn't disappear with all the (theoretically) lost local culture.
