    Just a publicity stunt from some MORONIC JOCO politician! The wrld's oldest profession under attack by the world's most CORRUPT. The sex offender system is already less than successful. This scheme would just make things worse. Theses jokers in politics are always trying to legislate morality, but tragically fail to set an example of high moral character.
