    I actually forced myself to read Steve Penn today, and what a waste of time. Penn is a complete syncophant to Cauthen; always has been. Give anyone 2 billion dollars and they could have done what Wayne claims he did. Wayne bled this town with Kay's help, and then he fed his out-of-town consultants big bucks from our tax dollars. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

    7:57 you are so correct - who CARES!!!! Now what is going on with the City Manager's position? Anyone know? Anyone have any word? After all the City Employees have been through it would be nice to have some foresight to the direction we are going.

    I am laughing so hard. Denver was thrilled to get rid of Cauthen. He destroyed that city too and he is coming back!
