TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! ROMAN LEE LEBLANC SCANDAL IS ABOUT TO GET BIGGER!!!



At first I was hesitant about writing this blog post because I didn't know much about Rep. LeBlanc.

Then after a few late night and early morning phone calls I realized:

JUST ABOUT EVERY POLITICO IN MISSOURI KNOWS ABOUT THE SCANDAL SURROUNDING MR. LEBLANC BUT THE STORY HAS YET TO SHOW UP IN MAINSTREAM MEDIA!!!

There was a vague and weird mention of rumors in Jeff Roe's Source blog but AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS are coming through with information that's much more solid.

Here's what kickass TKC TIPSTERS can confirm as fact:

  • Running rampant in Kansas City's African-American Community right now is an allegation of an inappropriate relationship between Mr. Leblanc and an 18 year-old woman. Mr. Leblanc was married at the time this ruckus came to the forefront of political gossip and his wife was in the late stages of a pregnancy according to quite a few TKC Tipsters.

  • The parents of the young woman who allegedly had a consensual affair with Mr. Leblanc are raising Hell through Missouri political back channels and feel that the relationship was inappropriate given the wide age disparity (LeBlanc is in his late 30's) and the fact that their daughter met the Missouri State Rep. through a mentoring program.

  • Two sources confirm that news of the affair was taken to authorities but THEY DECLINED TO PROSECUTE however text messages between both Mr. Leblanc and the young woman in question offer a glimpse into the relationship.

    • It's important to note: NOTHING ILLEGAL HAS BEEN PROVEN OR CHARGED IN THIS INSTANCE!!!

    However, this post is simply an effort to document the very real and boiling sense of outrage in the community right now over all of the chatter and rumors regarding Mr. Leblanc and his alleged indiscretion. TKC consulted a very AWESOME AND WELL INFORMED EXPERT on the matter and since nothing illegal is alleged and the guy is running against an opponent who doesn't have a chance . . . At the most he might be able to get away with a wooden apology just like Tiger Woods if the allegations are correct and move on with his political career.

    However, this very real conversation and outcry that's taking place which TKC TIPSTERS have reported is more than reason enough that Mr. Leblanc should address this growing community concern.

      THey took it to authorities who declined to prosecute. I would hope not since she is an adult. God we live in a crazy world where people think that consensual sex between adults is a crime. Large age disparities between sex partners aren't illegal.

      Moreno is a great guy. Always respectful to and of women. After having the city run by macho old men, I think he puts the class back in politics here.

      I totally agree with Lady Dem. Chris Moreno is a great guy. If he were a candidate there is no doubt that women leaders and leading organizations around the state would support him.

      Ask any female leader or elected official around the state about him and you couldn't get a more positive response.

      What about public trust? Parents trusted this guy with their children and all the while he was stalking them. The term that comes to my mind is pediphile.Voters vote people into office based upon integrity. He has none. He is slime! The guy is 38. How do you trick a 18 yer old into have sex with you while your pregnant wife sits at home.

      Why would someone make mention of the fact that he is black, when in fact more white men have been charged in some cases, confessed in others, and even jumped sexual lines.       I feel sorry for his wife. He screwed another woman. He took advantage of a girl he mentored since she was 15. The bottom line is he is not a good role modle he must resign. If he never intended to do it he should not have stopped at his rental home.
