A video clip of a Kansas City lady who hogtied her husband after an instance of domestic abuse could be the greatest thing that ever appeared on the FOX TV Show COPS in the entire history of the program. It's rare that I feel any semblance of civic pride but I remember laughing hilariously as a kid with my fam when the episode first aired in the early 90s.
