    Read the Star article.... glad they are moving the "front-line" back to include grass roots organizations. Neighborhoods are the first line of defense. Hate to add but... there damn well better be full reports based on REAL data. Not the stats Stacey Daniels pulls out of her rear.

  6. what is up with another 200,000 consulting fee.this city doesnt have any competent people.they are always conculting on how to run things.my gosh how long have they been in govt. you would think we were a start up city doing things for the very first time.
