Raising The KCMO Mid-Week Murder Rate



Add one more young life to the local list of homicides that Kansas City residents seemingly feel too helpless or disengaged to properly address.

      When someone is getting attacked by a dog, aren't you supposed to shoot the dog and not the person?

      Either way, the dog stops biting, but I thought the idea was to help the person and not the dog.

      What a bizarre situation.
