Thanks to AWESOME TKC TIPSTERS for the info about the upcoming lawsuit against the P&L District. Thanks to people who want the public to have as much info as possible, TKC was able to get documents in the case out to the public LAST NIGHT while mainstream media played catch-up in the morning.

I think they should have a cover charge and issue coupns that could then be used in any establishment in the P&L Dist. That way only paying customers and not loiterers could get in no matter how much butt-crack is showing. That solves that.
