Not to defend KC schools, but readers should remember that each state uses a different test and the KS test is generally accepted to be on the easier side, while Missouri's is consistantly ranked in the top five for it's difficulty.
ReplyDeleteOnly in the fantasy world of Gloria "Pep Rally" Willis and Cindy "We don't have money for staff but let's build some new buildings" Lane would anyone be celebrating the fact that ONLY half of the KCK schools make AYP.
