Mayor Funky's Snow Failure led to widespread school cancellations in the early part of this week . . . Now, if TV Weather snow predictions are even close . . . The road situation in this cowtown is only gonna get worse . . . Which means opening schools wouldn't make any sense.
At this point it's impossible to ascribe any logic to the actions of City Hall or the KCMSD . . . But the fact that a bit of snow that's not even record breaking puts local institutions in complete disarray is something worth remembering.
I think we'll be off the rest of the week.
ReplyDeleteHow many buildings have frozen pipes? Several! Snow removal has nothing to do with kids being out of school, it's the cold weather.

Geez, never miss a chance to blame the mayor.
Nearly every other school district in the Metro area has also cancelled school because of the weather. So are all the folks in Belton, Raymore, Raytown, Lee's Summit, Grandview, etc. blaming Funky too?
