      Kuddos to the Volker neighborhood for doing something productive!
      Meanwhile, this past tuesday over in the Old Hyde Park neighborhood, the president Marty Phillips and his wife get drunk at the neighborhood general meeting and she falls off her stool! It was hilarious to see! We have such great competent leadership.
