There has been an ass-load of news regarding the recent real estate movements of Former Kansas City Mayor Kay Barnes.
Thankfully, KICKASS TKC TIPSTERS have an inside look at some costly information connected with her housing wheeling and dealing.
Check it:
A SALE PRICE OF NEARLY 400K!!!
Pricey and probably classy . . . And let's keep speculation that she's running for a Mayor down to a minimum.
ripoff.
ReplyDeleteNow she has two expensive homes.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she's holding the Briarcliff Mansion to rent to the Funkhousers after the next election? At some point, the Funk's income is going to take a big drop (once the private sector has to put a price tag on both his expertise and his public relations value [at this juncture that wouldn't be more than the cost of a bobblehead, hee hee, or an organ grinding money outside a carnival freak show]). AT that juncture, he's going to need a place to live (assuming at some point, absent the Mayor's stipend, he won't have enough $$'s to pay the cost of his over mortgaged shabby shack).
ReplyDeleteI wish for two things... one a christmas miracle for the Funk and that the mortgages on his home get forgiven and two, that we don't get another Squitiro Special Christmas card like the gruesome, vulgar humiliating one she emitted in 2007.
I like the [(recursive) and nested] statements above. Intersting.
ReplyDeletegreat. like i needed that twat for a neighbor.
ReplyDeleteshe should just live in her mom's basement
ReplyDeletesecond.
ReplyDeleteUhhhh.... why does this matter? Why should anyone care?
ReplyDeleteit shows us that our elected leaders live much nicer than us.
ReplyDeleteAl Riederer could afford to pay more especially after he is negotiating with the county to let off a supervisor with a sexual harrassment problem.
ReplyDeleteBig Al Riederer is on the COMBAT commission, so I doubt he is representing anyone as an attorney before the county. Try again, Diana. You may be able to find some lie that sticks.
ReplyDeleteIf Albert did anything close to that would he not be subject to disciplinary action?
ReplyDelete7:13 - I'd rather elect a wealthier person than someone whose lack of money shows they have obviously made bad decisions every step of the way in their lives.
ReplyDeleteAnon 823AM... don't know if Big Al is on the Combat Commission or not. Don't know if he's representing anyone connected to government. What I do know is, that in my opinion, it would be a cold day in h-ll before I saw the name Al Riederer and the word ethical on the same piece of paper.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about you eastside niggers and westside cholos but 396k for a house is fucking middle class chump change.
