Tony, come on, man. That school district HAS to cut its costs and budget, man, and unfortunately, the only way to do it is to shrink the staff. They are WAY to staff- and administration-heavy. There are far too many people being paid, compared to the number of students. They're down to, what? 16,000 students? Some of the staff has to go. That's all there is to it.
