Here's a press release that just went out a few minutes ago: The Kansas City / USA Host City Bid Committee announced Monday that Kansas City Mayor Mark Funkhouser will make a major statement Tuesday about Kansas City’s bid to become a FIFA World Cup™ host city. Funkhouser will be joined by members of the Kansas City Bid Committee at Arrowhead Stadium, proposed game site for the FIFA World Cup™.
If there is any money behind this "major announcement" Mayor Funky deserves to be driven from office for one more reason.
Funkhouser already has one soccer plan that ran off to KCK along with much more important Cerner jobs because of Mayoral incompetence.
So I'm guessing he's just gonna give the World Cup in KC his (maybe Wiccan) blessing or whatever . . . Which means that Mayor Funky is now governing completely by worthless press conference very much like former Mayor Kay.
And, of course, all of this is not as important as NSFW photos of Lucy Pinder in (and out of) soccer gear.
If Funk can bring Ms Pinder and her "assets" to KC for a soccer game then I'm all for it! Go Funk Go!
