  1. It is too bad that pathetic Hoedel penned puff piece from last Sunday's magazine didn't have a sidebar on how many people are going to lose giant sums of money due to Bernstein's arrogance.

  2. but check out the article in the Star today (I know you hate that--kind of)--Shughart Thompson, the attorneys, may find that 195,000 sq ft they need in that to-date very same bldg. That would save that pain in the neck facility.

  4. Pflow, read further (I know it's challenging to do so with that rag), but it said the building would need major changes to work for the law firm... and who is going to pay for them? Can't imagine creditors wanting to make changes that will cost big $$...would think they would just unload it as quickly as possible. But who knows...
    BTW... the firm is called Polsinelli Shughart now.
