The Star is now nothing more than The Kansas City Missouri School District's PR Machine and that just might be because they don't have any resources to do otherwise.
In one of the lamest stories I've ever read that obviously relies on nothing more than PR from the downtown office, today The Star reports on a meeting that went nicely an hypes doctored test score results while failing to acknowledge original TKC research which demonstrates the KCMSD is still falling behind.

This is old news when it comes to the utter incompetence of the Star in covering the KC School Dist. and Board. Back in the 80's they knew the mafia had a member on the board and said nothing. They knew all about the fraud and incompetence of the black members and said nothing. They knew that the majority of the black members of the board cared more about jobs for friends and family than the kids they were supposed to be teaching. The black elites of this city are worthless liars and frauds who perpetrate the continuance of poor black children into the sub culture of poverty and crime.
