ReplyDeletePVPD should have held him till the AM shift change and then shipped him off to JOCO detention in Olathe to be processed and wait video judge all freak'n day. He is not on the booking or release lists. Cop did him a solid letting him sleep it off in the PV tank and post there. Hearn should show more respect that he didn't have to sleep in a room with 20 of the counties finest drug addicts and wife beaters.
And PV don't post mugs so I doubt we'll get the money shot.

Doesn't matter he got popped in the driveway. Drinking and driving is flat out wrong. Frankly, I'm surprised he had the opportunity and the gall to be taking pics of the arresting officer. ReplyDeleteI was in Municipal Court Monday and witnessed an interesting event. A woman was red lighted at 55th And 71 HYW. She beat the ticket. She is an attorney, so she knows her law and had a vested interest in challenging this bogus ticket. She cross-examined the KCPD cop who reviews the pictures sent from Arizona. Seems the cop could not verify that the camera was working properly. Nor could he vouch for the test purportedly performed as he did not administer the test. That person is not in KC. Further more the defendant asked if the City had obtained a Certified Copy of the vehicle registration. Nope. Ticket thrown out.
