Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has appointed City of Kansas City, Mo., City Councilwoman Jan Marcason, 4th District, to the Missouri Women's Council.
I have no idea what Kansas City Council Lady "Sewer Jan" Marcason has accomplished lately but that doesn't stop her from racking up the honors when it comes to being born with two X chromosomes.
