41 reports: The KCMO 311 Action Center will not be open on weekends, but part-time workers will be staffed during peak hours in hopes of answering more calls before people hang up.
And that's a nice holiday thought considering that Kansas City residents CONTINUALLY complain about the lack of service from the City over the phone . . . Meanwhile, Incompetent Mayor Funky is telling people to call his office directly with their problems thereby creating more confusion with no record of any progress all for the sake of meaningless political grandstanding.
The city switch board is useless. Just calling the main number 513-3600 puts you in "on hold" hell. Thank you very much assitant city manager Earnest Rauch. You messed up a barely adequate system to total dysfunction. Here's the thing. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO FOLLOW THE CLUELESS MAYOR"S EXAMPLE AND SCREW THINGS UP!
