The KC Tribune documents Mayoral Candidate Mike Burke taking a shot at Mayor Funky's Robo-calls/teleconferencing on the City's dime . . . He basically cites them as campaign calls with Kansas City paying the bill.
TKC Note . . . All the people I've talked to think they're campaign ads.
Oldest game in the tech world. Let the city pay for developing name recognition. Equate Funky's name with doing GOOD, by calling everybody and letting them participate with a "meeting"!
