It's always a safe bet backing the Prison Industrial Complex.
To wit, The COMBAT Renewal Tax passed tonight by an overwhelming margin.
There really wasn't any stopping the self-perpetuating monster of a tax and after 20 years Jackson County still keeps funding a losing drug war that hasn't made much of a difference other than putting more minorities and po'folk in jail.
More to the point . . . While not as interesting as scantily clad photos of Amber Heard . . . This huge tax offers just another reason for people to move out of Jackson County which is happening at an increasing rate and will eventually leave very few people to pay off infinite commitments to unlimited pork barrel spending.
That should let us libs know that the blogging industry has absolutely NO impact on the electorate.

I think the point of the message is that BLOG's and Bloggers are the "critics" that never do anything but sit in their mother's basement and get fat. Clearly we can see how much this BLOG has moved public opinion on what is a pretty controversial tax.

the turn-out in kcmo's part of jackson county was only 6.57% ( > 20,000 people, which, as you know, does not include the non-registered voters; people are stupid).
