      With regard to COMBAT this comment was left yesterday on one of Tony's posts.




      I just received an odd-sized postcard addressed to people who have not lived here in ten years or “current resident” that features the following big lie:

      “Without COMBAT, Kansas City would be like Iraq … with drugs.”

      So they are saying that without COMBAT there would be an armed insurgency complete with suicide bombers, improvised explosive devices and the American military patrolling the streets with armored personnel carriers and sniper teams?

      WTF?

      This postcard is a slap in the face to every military family in Jackson County. To compare what our soldiers and marines face in Iraq, to street crime is so disrespectful someone should answer for it with a public apology. Lets start with Mike Sanders.

      Do these people at the County really believe it is accurate to make that kind of assessment? What kind of drugs are they on?

      Now it is true that this quote is attributed to a “recovering addict” but that raises a whole different set of concerns.

      Does the pro-tax campaign really believe that our tax policy should be set by recovering addicts?

      Come to your senses Jackson County, if they are willing to say that without this tax we would be just like Iraq then we know one thing --- THEY ARE LIARS!

      If Patrick Tuohey was not such a right-wing, religious, mother-fucker he would have used the story of this (stupid) Northeast couple to trash COMBAT. But Patrick is too good to talk with people who might lead an alternative lifestyle to his hyper-Catholic way of looking at the world. Patrick Tuohey is a dumb-ass who will cost this county 20 Million bucks on Tuesday.

      Everyone PLEASE do Patrick Tuohey's work for him while he sucks the Bishop's cock and circulate that link to the Northeast blog to all your friends.

      Crooks like Rizzo and Tindall should not be allowed to get away with this!
