This is serious stuff but a line from the post gave me a moment of pause (and a giggle), "The suspect is described as possibly being a black male with a deep voice."

ReplyDeleteGreg C Swarens of Leawood has a rapist tenant in the Waldo area. Nice.. maybe he can keep the guy at his house on the Kansas side. Neighbors are concerned about the homeless dude that the tenant allows to live in a tool shed. Is this the same guy (Swarens) that is a lobbyist for a downtown company? One that makes a lot of greetings?
