On the subject of another Clay Chastian master plan, The Missouri Record is strangely optimistic this morning and thinks there might be a time when The Chamber of Commerce and The City Council care about fiscal responsibility.

ReplyDeleteKansas City long ago turned what was supposed to be a dignified memorial to those who gave their lives in WW1 into just another drinking and entertainment venue for the low class, drunken masses. So, why the hell not put in a ferris wheel?
