A long time ago Lisa Simpson once said that "Prayer is the last refuge of a scoundrel."
Over the weekend Mayor Funkhouser proved it by showing up to a church event in the Black Community when he has skipped out on this kind of stuff for the past two years.

This kind of PR stunt could possibly be one of the all time lows for the Mayor and proves that he still doesn't know what he's up against . . . Let's remember that the Mayor hated doing this stuff just a few months ago and now that he's been completely destroyed politically . . . I guess he's happy to an invitation anywhere.
So . . . What's worse?
Mayor Funky pandering to the African-American voting bloc?

The Mayor seriously counting on this kind of tokenism to garner support?
