Didn't the Golden Ox catch fire about four or five years ago?
ReplyDeleteHereford House had a kitchen fire and is still out of commission. Golden Ox says they'll be open again in two days if not sooner. All I know is that the fire department was doing a lot of proactive damage to the roof and vents above the Golden Ox roof to protect the rest of the office building above it. I can't believe all that will be repaired in two days.
ReplyDeleteThe thing about the fire department-- You call people to your house. 15 guys rip your house to shit, cut holes in the roof, bust out all your windows, throw all your furniture on lawn, spray everything you own with water, rip your ceilings down, your sheetrock down.
