I'm guessing THIS is not what they intended when they called for "Hands Off" the Kansas City School District

KMBC reports: A teenager was shot in the hand early Friday morning while waiting for a school bus, police said . . . And every time someone tries to claim progress in the KC Schools or want to continue answering to no one . . . It's important to outline not only constant violence associated with KC Schools but also their continued failure to meet minimum State proficiency goals.
