One of my various ex-girlfriends is now married to one of these high powered, local finance guys and rather than participating in immature gloating and asking how I taste . . . I think it's more pertinent and important to wonder if her choice of a dude "with ambition" still holds up in retrospect given that part of my "plan" was never to lose billions in other people's money. TKC's high powered snack cake and G.I. Joe heavy portfolio now seems quite sensible in retrospect . . . Especially considering so many of the "smartest people in the room" in this town are a big part of the global economic collapse.
