Let's see who surfaces to develop the now available property. Check to see if he smells like smoke and gasoline.
ReplyDeleteIt is arson and the city or bank did it, although they will never admit it.
ReplyDeleteScumbags, po' folk, and petty thieves shows your ignorance.

ReplyDeleteKCK sucks and always will suck. A cesspool of white trash.
ReplyDeleteYou're a bunch of idiots.
ReplyDeleteDamn, now both of us are dead. And I did commercials for that place. Damn glad I didn't do any for Diamond Joe's. All my baby mommas are there.
ReplyDeleteDerrick, Derrick, Derrick you never ever did commercials for Sam's Loan Office. Your post obviously shows how ignorant the actaul poster is.
ReplyDeleteEagle Blasting and Sam's were both torched. Sam's was going to be condemed/torn down, so it was a last ditch effort to collect money since the building wasn't sold. Eagle, who knows, maybe someone needed money. But the ATF is stupid and won't prosecute. Just like the Hereford fire. Wonder if Rod has his insurance check now? More builds will burn in Wyandotte cause nobody cares. Its like a town in the deep south in the 1930's, people ain't too smart and never knew what hit 'em. Hee hee
ReplyDeleteThe last comment made at 01/27/2009 09:32:00 PM shows the poster's utter ignorance of the situation. Sam's was indeed torched, but it was torched by the city or bank. Your last comment about WYCO however is correct. It is a cesspool of ignorance.
ReplyDeleteOkay, here's the lowdown. The building had no utilities, no water, no electricity, no gas. The alleged owner had no insurance on the building since it wasn't his building anymore. Therefore, there is absolutley no benefit for the owner to take such action. The bank and the county together effectively sodered all exits and entryways thus allowing no entry except by vagrants from the roof. It is mentioned in certain news articles that the owner owed several thousand dollars in taxes. That is incorrect. According to stories, the fire started Saturday around 10:45 PM. The unified government met Thursday to establish a district allowing for an easier process to destroy the building. A firefighter at the scene was overheard to say isn't it funny how convenient this fire is/was. At the scene, there are remnants of physical injury. Perhaps the arsonist hurt themselves. A unified government judge and a unified governmnet attorney were ordered to cease and desisit communications in which they were specifically discussing how they could deal with the building. A highly placed unified government official was heard to say the mob did it. What kind of bullshit is this official trying to spin? The owner of the building has no associations with the mob, and furthermore has no associations with Italians or Sicilians. Please forgive the disgusting stereotype. Bottom Line, this is arson, a crime perptrated by the city of Kansas City, Kansas and the unified government of Wyandotte County. An investigation will be done. However, it is highly unlikely anyone from the county or city will be appropriately charged with a crime that they committed.
ReplyDeleteNow put that in your pipe and smoke it!!!!!
ReplyDeleteTony, you are a knucklehead. Back in the day Sam's Loan Office was a respected business and had all types of clientel. Wealthy white collar business people and those in a bind who needed cash. There never was any connection of any kind with the mafia. That just shows how stupid that poster is.
ReplyDeleteThe business was a family run establishment and it's sad to see another piece of K.C.'s history pass by, only to get lambasted by dolts and simpletons.
On a positive note; the underhanded actions by the government of Wyandotte county has become very efficient in their efforts to be self serving. Go Robber Barons!
How do you guys know so much about who owned it and the bank did it? I use to work there.
