I normally don't care what happens in the middle of Kansas but a recent story was so disgusting, I had to take note . . . KMBC reports: "A Wichita woman is accused of letting a man pay to have sex with her 5-year-old daughter so the mom could have money to buy alcohol and cigarettes."
