Tragic Curtain Call for Kansas City Actor

We're approaching the end of the year and local murders continue to rise.

Neither local government nor a great many community leaders seem to have a solution.

And with every passing day we see that violence in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area impacts everyone in and around this town in spite of racial or class boundaries which serve only to create a false sense of security.

The tragic murder of a local actor is just another sad sign of this area's constant struggle to address the problem of local violence and murder.

  1. That's a crying shame. I went to school with that guy and he worked with/was a friend of my brother and he was just an extremely kind person. His mom was "Janie from Milgrims"

    :(

My heart grieves for Peter's family. Janie Fopeano is one of the nicest, kindest and thoughtful women I've ever met.
    What a tragedy.

  3. I was in a play with him years ago when I was a "theater geek". He was an enormously talented little kid, and I've followed his career off and on through the years. He will be missed, and I hope they get the bastard that did this.
