Blogging from the bottom up in Kansas City

The week leading up to a holiday is always exciting in Kansas City because there's a limited amount of time to get a bit of revenge or smack somebody in public; therefore things get done in a hurry. I'm looking forward watching a bit of maneuvering and tap dancing from local politicos in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.

There's already a bit of good news via the local blogosphere . . . Because of the complaining of Internet denizens and a small spotlight from TKC, a Star blog flip-flopped on their recent policy of hiding reader comments on one of their lame offerings. It's not exactly water into wine but a nice change from the typical media model in which the dead tree media makes demands from readers.

So, already this week there has been a bit of "change" to justify the gully spirit of the local blogosphere and reaffirm that the users now have the power in the digital age . . . Or something.

Stay tuned for more . . . Enjoy a bikini gallery of Donna Feldman on the floor in the meantime.

  1. Given time Santino, I am sure you COULD turn water into wine. Now the questions is, can you make The Squid disappear? And the Funk look and act normal?
