The Kansas Citian notes that that parents of Kelsey Smith Rave About Phill Kline . . . I'd like to note that the headline of this post is not an attack against the bereaved parents. We all deal with grief in different ways . . . Some of us cry and others offer an endorsement of a Republican Candidate for District Attorney. Ms. Smith is dead so I doubt she cares about any of this while I think it's wonderfully classy of Kline supporters to use this tactic to back an unpopular candidate who had bungled the case up until the point the defendant quit.

Kline is a joke. I don't know why the Smiths are praising him. If he was worth anything, he would've had his crap together and had a trial long before Deadwin copped that plea over a year later.

I don't disagree with you at all Tony. I think the way he handled the case is overrated and that Repbulicans are using it as a battle cry only proves their sliminess.

The only reason you hate him is his pro-life stance, as you and the posters here are pro-choice (pro-abortion), and you support the abortion industry. The media has constantly printed lies against him, the fact which I believe you know.

ReplyDeleteIf Kline was a "real" prosecutor he would've had that boy sentenced to six feet. His weakness as a prosecutor is evident that he had to accept a "plea bargain" with DNA evidence against the SOB..that was a "slam dunk" of a case.

ReplyDeleteKline was sensitive to the wishes of the Smith family. Has anyone no mercy for them? I would have preferred the death sentence, myself, which would take years to carry out due to the ACLU and other bleeding hearts, but my sympathies lie with the Smith family. Maybe Hall's new neighbors will carry out the sentence and save us paying for his keep.
