Another great piece in the ongoing series regarding housing from The Call: "According to a recent news report by THE CALL, the City of Kansas City has until September 1, to have a housing plan before HUD so that the HEDFC receiver can release the City’s assets." The smart money contends that the City won't have a plan put together by that time.
wll there you go again wheres the so called city manager he should have already had a plan to go with what are we paying him 250 thousand to do .
