The Judge upheld the smoking ban . . . No word on weather he'll wipe my nose for me as well. I can only hope. Thankfully, Casinos still point out Kansas City's hypocrisy, which almost makes me feel just a little bit less guilty about the 20 bucks I drop there every month. TKC is a high roller (on the penny slots).

The judge didn't uphold the ban, he lifted the temporary restraining order. The suit by the bar owners will still be heard and ruled on later. Of course, it doesn't look good for the bar owners.
