Obviously, I figured KC bloggers and Internet denizens would have a lot to share about one of the nation's greatest comedians kicking the bucket . . . I just didn't know it would be so quickly.
Here's some of what I found:
I think it's safe to say that every media watcher was somehow influenced by the guy's work. Even better, I was always a fan of the way the performer was able to be horribly contentious without being unlikeable . . . It's a skill I won't ever develop but fun to watch nonetheless.
And we're left with the Dane Cook and Carlos Mencia's of the world.

ReplyDeleteI didn't agree with George Carlin's politics, but he was a genius comedian. The way he identified with the little things in life was amazing.
