No more Butler Buildings!!!

A Kansas City Council committee on Wednesday took a step toward halting the Nelson museum's expansion plan for a building leased by the Rockhill Tennis Club.

Considering that their last project was an energy wasting, ugly structure that was a throwback from the 70's . . . Maybe it's better the folks at the Nelson-Atkins Museum can't build another Butler building.

  1. Hey it isn't funny it looks like a Butler Building and when you go out the door to the parking lot on the right side of the door is the "official" plaque who provided the money and it says Butler Manufacturing.

  2. What's not funny is the celebrity eastcoast architect who is banging high-dollar hookers and laughing his ass off remembering how he told the Nelson they were going to look like "lenses" and not prefabricated sheds.
