The Northeast News reports, Stop signs are back at the Benton traffic circle and drivers are no longer confused at who needs to yield to whom. TKC thinks Spanish signs could be coming soon . . . To really avoid any confusion about where the neighborhood is headed.

so mexicans are too stupid to understand traffic signs? don't you have to know those to pass your drivers test... oh wait they probably don't have licenses, insurance etc. ICE should sweep through northeast and get rid of the illegals.
