KCTV has changed its story and so should TKC. It happened at Grand and Eight Street within the loop. HARRY's CC closes at 1:00pm. It did not happen in Rivermarket. Please correct

It's reminiscent of thee time KCTV recorded a shooting in the Plaza that actually occurred 2 miles east of the Plaza. 8th & Grand is not the River Market but IS an area that still teems with crackheads and other scum thanks in part to Grand Slam.
ReplyDeleteThe bars in the River Market all close at 1:30 so there is no way this had anything to do with any of those places. And especially Harry's.
