Theme cafe opening at Liberty Memorial . . . TKC Continuing Challenge: Somebody, anybody to offer a reasonable explanation as to the need for WWI, I went to the Museum already and they didn't say . . . I guess I'll go back for a sandwich and see if they came up with anything new.

My out-of-town people really like that museum and I think it's stout. WWI buffs really go for that stuff. If they wanted a money-maker, though, they should turn it into a Civil War museum. I've never seen war buffs willing to empty their pockets to the point of poverty to satisfy their need for memorabilia like a Civil War buff.
ReplyDeleteI'm not so sure about that cafe... better eat before you take the tour. The museum itself doesn't do much for one's apetite.
