A showdown during a recession seems to be going horribly wrong . . . The KC Blue Blog is asking bloggers to support this local Union, I suggest the same . . . Personally, I won't be buying the Chevy Malibu that this plant makes not only because TKC almost always sides with Unions but also because I've always wanted a Scion, they seem pretty cool - And even in my adamantly pro-Union family there's not that much of a stigma anymore about buying Japanese since their cars are so awesome. GO UNIONS!!! (Kidding, I would never buy one of those crappy cars, mostly because I'm broke. However, I wonder: Will people will miss the Chevy Malibu as much as Prime Time TV?)

I support UAW Local 31.
ReplyDeleteA bad move but I guess I will support them.
ReplyDeletesupport UAW Local 31, two Motor Trend Car of Year built at one plant. The GM Workers must be doing something right.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'll have to support them with my taxes when they get fired.
ReplyDeleteMORE SICK DAYS
ReplyDeleteCan't get fired undered the union contract. How about by rights and paintman stand up for working families? It's not like you two white trash dbags were raised rich.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people that have not worked in a UAW shop do not understand that there is a "trickle down" effect to the local and National Economy from people who work in these U.S. plants and spend their money at buissinss's in that City and surrounding areas. Of course, everyone should support companies in their hometown .
