State strikes Former Kansas City mayor Charlie Wheeler’s name from ballot as candidate for Missouri treasurer failed to file personal financial disclosure statements, as required by law. As usual, Jeff Roe gloats . . . Wheeler is slated to contest the action and remains one of the few politicos in this town that TKC respects.
